Caregiver
Kit
Caregiver Kits from the Glioblastoma Support Network contain items caregivers are often unaware they need until they are in the midst of battle. Each kit is meant to equip new caregivers with support, practical tools, and encouragement as they care for someone living with glioblastoma.
Inside the Caregiver Kit
Every Caregiver Kit is assembled with care to support the real, everyday needs of someone walking beside a loved one with glioblastoma. The contents are meant to offer comfort, practical help, and reminders that caregivers do not have to carry everything alone.
While every caregiver's journey is different, the heart of the kit is the same: to provide thoughtful support during a season that can feel exhausting, uncertain, and deeply overwhelming.
How Nominations Work
To nominate someone, submit an email of 500 words or less sharing why that caregiver should receive a kit.
The GSN Board reviews submissions each month and determines the recipient from the nominations received.
At this time, kits are only being shipped within the United States. If you would like to nominate a caregiver, please send your submission by email to the GSN team.
